For the 2026 August Tournaments
How Do You Enter?
Applications are invited from all Teams who receive permission from their National Governing Body. For SYFA Teams this is achieved through affiliating again for season 2025/26 then you should make application on line for the tournament - print off and get signed by your league - submit to the SYFA -with appropriate fee (£10) allow sufficient time for application to be processes and make sure you have renewed your membership for the new season

The rolling substitute system will operate at all age levels. Each Age Group can register a Squad of 18 players. Once the Squad is registered prior to the first match in your section. Dispensation re Squad size may be granted to Non Scottish Teams upon request
Professional Games and Stadium VisitsIt may be possible to take in a game at Ibrox (Rangers FC), Celtic Park (Celtic FC) or at Hampden Park (Queens Park FC) subject to availability. It may also be possible to arrange a Stadium Tour or visit the Scottish Football Museum, subject to availability.
Payments
Please make payment by BACS or Faster Payment should you require to pay by cheque please drop us an email. Payments after 31st March cannot be made by cheque. Please refer to the Tournament Application section for instructions on payment of entry fees. If you arrange your own accomodation, payment must be made to the accomodation on their terms.
Full payment must be made by 31st May. Entries after that date may not be accepted. Age groups may also close earlier should we fill that age group.
For Overseas Teams we require payment by International Bank Transfer. Please contact us for further Bank details
